1. Who we are

shop.indianspacehub.com (the "Store") is run by Indian Space Hub, an independent project that is not affiliated with ISRO or any government body. Designs are inspired by India's space missions.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are prepaid. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include shipping within India. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. An order is confirmed only when payment is received and we send you a confirmation email.

3. Stock and pre-bookings

Products marked in stock ship from our stock. A pre-booking is a paid order for a product that is not in stock yet: we show an expected in-stock date, which is an estimate and may change (we will email you if it does). Where a minimum number of pre-bookings is shown, production starts only once it is reached. If it is not reached, or we cannot supply the product, we cancel the pre-booking and refund you in full. You may also ask to cancel a pre-booking for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.

4. Register Interest

Registering interest in a community drop is free and is not an order. It only lets us gauge demand and contact you when the product becomes available.

5. Pricing errors

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

7. Your information

We use your name, contact details and address to process and deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
