7-Day Return & Replacement Window
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect in size, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Free Return Pickup & Reverse Shipping
For defective, damaged, or wrong items, reverse shipping is free. Our courier partner will pick up the package from your doorstep across India.
Pre-Booking & Interest Registration Cancellation
Registering interest in a community drop costs nothing. If you pre-book (pay in advance for a product that is not in stock yet), you can cancel any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. If a pre-booking's minimum number of orders is not reached, or we cannot make the product, every pre-booking is refunded in full automatically.
Refund Timeline (5 to 7 Business Days)
Once your returned item is inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 24 hours. Refunds reach your original payment method (UPI, bank account, credit or debit card) within 5 to 7 business days.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email Us
Send an email to crew@indianspacehub.com with your order ID, photos of the product or issue, and whether you want a replacement or a refund.
Reverse Pickup
Our logistics team will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24 to 48 hours.
Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive the item, we dispatch a brand-new replacement or start a full refund to your account.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Custom or personalised mission drops (where stated) can be replaced if defective only.
- We provide 1 free size exchange per order.
